Teacher's Message:

Dear student and parents,

I am looking forward to sharing what I consider one of the greatest gifts God has given us, the ability to use our bodies (through exercise and sports) for His glory. 

As stated on our syllabus, “Do you know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price: therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.” Col 6:19-20.  

I really believe that healthy habits are set early in life.  My goal this year is to challenge you to develop the habits of healthy eating and exercise while you are still young.  My prayer is that you will learn to love sports not only for entertainment purposes but as a means to maintaining a healthy body and then in turn using it to glorify God in all you do.

I would appreciate your support of the Jr. High Physical Education program this year. Please review the syllabus you were given in class with your parents and familiarize yourselves with our policies and procedures.  I invite you to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have.
