Teacher's Message:

Dear Parents,
It is my pleasure to have your son/daughter in my Spanish class. I would like to thank you for allowing me to teach him/her. God has given me the opportunity to use my native language at Calvary Murrieta Christian School this year. It is my hope and prayer that the Spanish I teach my students will be used in their future to glorify God.

In order for your student to learn to speak Spanish, he/she needs to be immersed in the language as much as possible. Some of the ways you can help are to let him/her read, hear and watch selective Spanish programs, via newspaper, radio, television and/or the internet. Another exciting way to expose him/her to the language is to let him/her attend a Spanish speaking church service at a local church.

I encourage you to review the class syllabus with him/her so that you may become familiar with the materials needed, course objectives and grading rubric. Please check their progress online on a weekly basis. This way, if any problems arise or your student is struggling in any area we will be able to help him/her as quickly as possible before they fall behind.
