Driving Policy

August 2008

Dear Parents,

Attached you will find information regarding our Driving Policy that has been placed in effect as required by our insurance company and by the guidelines recommended by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).

We look to the parents at CMCS to assist with driving students on field trips and school related activities.  If you are able to assist us with driving this school year, we have a few things you need to complete in order to be approved.

• Read and sign the attached Driver Policy
• Read and sign the attached Driver/Chaperone Instructions and return to the office
• Complete the attached Volunteer Driver Application and return it to the office with a copy of your valid California Driver’s License and a copy of your current insurance policy
