Principal's Message

Mrs. FrobisherWelcome to the 2007-2008 school year at Calvary Chapel Christian School. I am excited to return to the elementary campus as interim Principal this year. Working with Mrs. Verner is a joy and a privilege, and together we are devoted to the care and education of your children. The staff is united in purpose: to serve the students, the families, and one another...as we work together to provide a quality education in a nurturing and challenging environment. I encourage you to be involved in our school, partnering together with us to create an education experience that is of the highest quality. The academic program at Calvary is extensive, offering enrichment opportunities in fine arts, athletics, and a Biblical world view in all subjects. We are honored that you have placed your children here, and look forward to all God has for us this year at CCCS.

Beth Frobisher
Elementary Principal
Administrator of Curriculum and Instruction K-12

“The Lord hath done great things for us;
and we are glad."
Psalm 126:3

I want to take this opportunity to welcome you to a new school year at Calvary Chapel Christian School. It is our desire that your children have a happy, successful, and productive school year. We believe this can be accomplished as we partner together as a team; teachers, administration, parents, and students, with one mind to help our children be good citizens as they tackle the academics of this year. We trust that they will be led by Godly example, and influenced to develop their God-given gifts and talents.
As your Assistant Principal, I want to be available to assist you in any way possible to reach these goals. I sincerely love and care about your children and am privileged that the Lord has given me this opportunity this year.
May the Lord bless us all as we serve Him.

Rena Verner
Assistant Principal

Pastor DesWelcome and thank you for visiting our web site!  It is a blessing to know that you are interested in Christian education and in Calvary Chapel Christian Schools-Murrieta (CCCS). Whether you're a prospective family looking for a quality school, a casual visitor just checking us out, or already a member of our school family, we hope you find plenty of resources here to keep you informed. If you're looking for a new school, be sure to check us out and see what is new here at CCCS.  This is the start of our 15th school year.

Will your children be spiritually, academically, and socially prepared for the opportunities and challenges they will face in this century? This is a very important question because the world has changed significantly over the last 10 years and the pace of change is only going to hasten. We are becoming a world economy, where companies are outsourcing to the third world.  Research tells us that for a person born today, when they graduate from college the amount of knowledge in the world will be four times as great as now.  By the time that same child is fifty years old, knowledge in the world will be 32 times as great and 97 percent of everything known in the world will have been learned since the time the child was born.  This exponential growth in information and technology, terrorism, and significant social changes are just a few of the challenges and opportunities facing our children. Many of these changes threaten the moral foundations of our nation and of our families.

We are preparing our students to serve Christ faithfully and effectively in this century. Calvary Chapel Christian School-Murrieta is committed to providing them with a comprehensive, Christian, and strong academic educational program of uncompromising quality within a stimulating and nurturing environment. From our elementary school children, to our advanced placement classes, CCCS is providing our students with an education that develops the Christian mind, nurtures the soul, and shapes the character ... “Equipping Today For Tomorrow,”  2 Timothy 3:16-17.

Parents and students today have more choices than ever when it comes to selecting a school. As you consider your options, I invite you to personally visit CCCS. Talk to some of our teachers and administrators as well as the students. You will discover what has attracted so many to CCCS: caring and highly qualified Christian teachers, students who share your son’s or daughter's faith and priorities, and a well-rounded program of academics, sports and the arts. We desire to teach to the whole child, see their individual God-given gifts, and help the families in accomplishing God’s plan for our students’ and families’ lives.

In Him,

Pastor Des Starr
Superintendent
